This Fall Football Trio of recipes is compliments of Roger Reeder.
“I like to cook like this all during football season if I can,” he said.
He loves to cook all year, he “just transitions as the seasons roll in and out!”
Reeder is one of those cooks who works on recipes a long time and has many secret ones, including ‘Preacher Burgers.’

Lil’ Sweet Smoky

1 pack bacon (cut into thirds)
Wrap each saussage in one piece bacon
Sprinkle (liberally) with dark brown sugar and black pepper. Coat pan with cooking spray. Line up smokies and bake at 350° until golden.

Sweet Dream Rolls
Unroll one can of crescent rolls. Pinch creases to unite into one flat dough. Spread butter onto dough. Sprinkle cinnamon liberally all over (on top of butter). Roll into one large roll. Cut into tiny cinnamon rolls. Line pan with rolls face up. Cook in 350° until golden. Heat powdered sugar and milk until glaze forms. Drizzle over rolls.
