Family members get COVID vaccination

Checked with Junior Blount January 14. He was doing real well. The shoulder surgery planned this month has been canceled. It is much improved. The doctors have regulated his heart medicine and he feels much better.
My brother, Billy F., and Jackie took the Covid-19 shot last week.
My other sister-in-law, Ruth Alexander, also received her virus vaccination last week.
I was given the opportunity for the vaccine but due to sinus problems it was delayed.

Deer season is winding down with gun with dogs January 20 and primitive weapons January 21-January 31.
Not very many deer have been killed in our area but the hunters have been after them. Good to talk with Frankie Burns Sunday, a resident of the Sabougla area. His birthday is easy to remember, Christmas Eve.
James Earl Spratlin faces more tests this week and possible surgery to follow. Called Jane Sunday.

Benny, Melissa and Abbigail Barefield were in quarantine Sunday. Abby recently tested positive for Covid-19.
Three graveside services were held recently at Cane Creek Cemetery: Robert Vance 58, Pamela Hightower Tuggle 55 and Ed Gates 89.
