Bennett shares favorite holiday recipe for cream corn

“This is my version of cream corn. It is a favorite holiday recipe that my family always requests,” said Gayla Bennett of Bruce.
She acquired the recipe when she was working as a nurse at The Oxford Clinic for Women, and added it to her recipe favorites after the first try.
This recipe can easily be doubled for a large crowd, she said.

Crockpot Corn
1 block cream cheese
4 cans white shoepeg corn
4-5 sliced jalapenos
1-2 Tbsp. jalapeno juice
Add all ingredients to crockpot. Cook on high for 30-45 minutes and stir well. Then turn you crockpot on warm. Makes 6-8 servings.
