Professional dog, horse shows to be featured at County Crusade Oct. 23-26 in Pittsboro

A professional dog trainer, a “horse whisperer” and some local music groups will all be part of the County Wide Crusade at the horse arena in Pittsboro Oct. 23-26 sponsored by the Calhoun Baptist Association.

crusade2crusade1Hank Hough, of Spring, Texas, and his “Kingdom Dog Ministries” will entertain Sunday, Oct. 23 and Monday, Oct. 24. Both performances start at 6:30 p.m. and admission is free.
Hough uses his skillfully trained dogs to teach “life changing concepts about our relationship with God.”
Paul Daily, founder of “Wild Horse Ministries, will provide the entertainment Tuesday and Wednesday night.
Daily trains an unbroken 2-year-old colt during the show while relating life lessons with Jesus Christ. The colt, which will be provided from a local horse owner, will not have ever been saddled prior to the show, but Daily will be riding the horse by the end of his presentation.
The musical lineup for the Crusade features the Shiloh Praise Band during the Sunday night show and The Brattons on Monday night.
These events are open to anyone who wishes to attend.
