Pam McCuan

Pam Turner McCuan, 60, died Friday, June 27, 2014 at her home in Coffeeville.  She was born September 24,1953, in Marks, to Ruby Bowles Turner and the late Floyd Turner.  Pam was a retired Police Dispatcher for the City of Water Valley and a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  She enjoyed gardening, tending her flowers, cooking and caring for her family.  She was a member of Springdale Church in Water Valley.

Visitation will be Monday, June 30, 2014 from 10-11 a.m. at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley. Funeral services will follow visitation at 11 in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks with Bro. Raymond Aven officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Water Valley.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Richard A. “Ricky” McCuan, Coffeeville; four daughters, Robin (Tim) Smith, Cleveland; Connie (Sy) Williams, Southaven; Janie McCuan, West Bloomfield, MI and Donna (Mike) Harper, Duck Hill; four brothers, Lewis (Bobbie) Turner  and Joseph Turner, all of Water Valley; Roger (Mary Jane) Turner, Oxford, and Steve Turner, Plantersville; her mother, Ruby Bowles Turner, Water Valley; six grandchildren, Samantha (Nash) Burnside, Lindsey Smith, Austin Graham, Neeley Williams, Mallory Graham, Jake Williams, Caleb Herring and Lewis (Tara) Turner, Jr.; two great-grandchildren, Logan Burnside and Kaden Burnside; a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Janie Sue Smith and two brothers, Peter A. Turner and Jonathan L. Turner.
