McGee, Kendall Lead Rams Past Aberdeen

The Vardaman Rams knocked off Aberdeen 20-9 behind strong pitching performances by Forrest Kendall and Dusty Mc-Gee.

The pair combined for 11 strikeouts against the Bulldogs while allowing only four base hits.
Kendall was also solid at the plate with two hits in the game. Jonathan Haire and Austin Spann also recorded two hits each. One of Spann’s was a home run.
The Rams played at Smithville Tuesday. Their next home game is Monday, April 5 against Smith-ville. First varsity pitch is at 6 p.m.
