Josephine McAnally

Josephine McAnally, 91, went to her heavenly home Saturday, Feb. 27, 2016. She was born October 3, 1924 in Yalobusha County, the daughter of Swane Osband Fariss and Blanche Margaret Mosher. She was a retired escort driver for various trucking companies.

Funeral service will be Monday, Feb. 29 at 2 p.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church with Bro. Mark Longino officiating. Pallbearers are Denny McAnally, Jeff Katas, Tommy Ash, Wayne Redwine, Scott Krug and Steve Brandon. Burial will be at Mt. Nebo Cemetery in Big Creek. Arrangements are under the direction of Pryor Funeral Home.

She is survived by Clista Ash, Byhalia,  and Margaret McGee, Coffeeville; two sons, Calvin (Shirley) McAnally, Luckey, OH and Eddie Joe McAnally, Talladega, AL; 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, grandchild, one sister and three brothers.
